Download & play Chuzzle today Cute and Fuzzy Chuzzles Chuzzle is a fantastic take on the classic match-three formula. You are presented with a six-by-six grid of furry chuzzles, and your task is to move them around as to put three like-colored chuzzles together. They pop and disappear, with new fuzzy friends coming in to fill the void. Instead of swapping adjacent gems (like in Bejeweled), you shift entire rows and columns of chuzzles. Furthermore, the aligned furballs do not need to be in a vertical or horizontal line: you can also create sets in an L-shaped pattern. The key is to have at least three chuzzles of the same color touching one another. When you pop a grouping, they are instantly transferred to an awaiting beaker on the side. When the container is full, you move on the next round for added challenges and fun. Along the way, if you are having a difficult time finding an appropriate move, you can always make use of the "hint" feature, although this depletes your game progress beaker somewhat. For this reason, you should use "hints" with discretion. Special Effects and All That Jazz The developers have included a few curve balls into the mix to keep this title dynamic, providing long-lasting appeal. You'll start to see special Chuzzles with special abilities: some help you rack up extra points; others are there to make your life a little more difficult. * Giant chuzzles take up more room than their smaller cousins. They fill up a 2 x 2 space on the grid, so when you try to move them, you move 2 rows (or columns) at a time instead of one. Furthermore, they cannot "cycle" off the screen like their lightweight brethren. When they are popped, however, the giant chuzzles come with a giant score. * Chuzzles can get locked. You'll see a handcuff appear on the fuzz ball, preventing you from shifting its row and column. So, you must move surrounding chuzzles in order to "free" their imprisoned friend. * Boom! Some characters think they're better than the others, and rightfully so. They'll set themselves apart from the crowd by blinking brightly. When cleared, you'll experience a big explosion (and big points to match). A Mode for All Players Chuzzle Deluxe offers plenty of variety. Whether you are looking for a thinking game, a frantic experience, or a casual time-killer, this title has a game mode that is right up your fuzzy alley. * Classic: There is no time limit, so take as long as you need to find the best move. This is Chuzzle in its rawest, purest form. * Speed: This plays exactly the same way as the Classic mode, except there is a time bar on the bottom of the screen. When time runs out, one of the chuzzles gets locked down. Let too many get locked and getting a match becomes nearly impossible. * Zen: Relax and just enjoy the experience. No need to fight the clock, no need to avoid lockdowns. In Zen mode, you can play to your heart's content as it is literally never-ending. * Mind Bender: Instead of trying to pop your furry friends, the goal in this puzzling mode is to arrange them in a particular pre-set pattern. Much more thought and planning is needed when playing Mind Bender. Let the Fur Fly The attention to detail is amazing (you'll oftentimes see loose fluff floating about when you pop some chuzzles), the music is catchy, and the graphics are lively. Who would've thought playing with colorful dust balls could be so much fun?
