If you have never played SimCity, SC3K is a good start, because is much better than its predecessors (although users might find SimCity 2000 easier to start). As you might already know, SC3K is one of those open-ended games by Maxis. In this case you have to build and care about a city, like Keltzar but a bit more complex. As mayor of the city, it's your decision how to spend the budget, where to create industrial, commercial or residential areas, connect them with electricity, water and roads, and well, pretty much a lot of job. Sounds complex? Well, at first you'll have a small city, with low technology, so things will evolve slowly and the game is almost auto-teaching you how to play, until you suddenly notice you have a huge city and then it is complex. Although well done cities almost care of themselves. The Unlimited edition is a rehash of SC3K, with different subtitles depending on the region. For USA it was Unlimited. However, the game has enough add-ons to prefer it over the original.
