HyperBlade introduces the 3D battlesport of the future. Players engage in a futuristic street-hockey style game played out in the interior of an elongated ellipsoid arena. Body-checks go for blood in this game as players can be gruesomely eliminated. Power-ups, speed boosts, ramps, and simple team management are all part of the experience. Some strategy is required for play, but it's mostly pure action. The game also features multiple skill levels, 12 teams, and head-to-head network play.
How to play:
1) Burn HYPERBLADE.cue to a disc or mount it on a virtual drive;
2) Run SETUP.EXE and install the game (the installer doesn't work in 64-bit systems, in such cases simply copy disc contents to a folder on your hard drive);
3) Extract Patch.zip archive to where you installed the game (overwrite original files);
4) Play the game with the disc inserted.
The game works in Windows 7 x64. There are some graphical glitches in the menus, but the menu items are usable and the game can be played.
