Lance and Jeremy think they\'ve found the perfect opportunity...a chance to rob the stash house of Simon Shuller, one of Philadelphia\'s biggest drug lords. The plan was simple: sneak in through the window, steal the duffle bags full of coke, and make out with a wealthy profit. But their plans were spoiled when one of Shuller\'s men walks in on them as they enter through the bathroom window. As the robbery spirals out of control, Nard panics. He shoots and kills Jeremy and the drug lord\'s henchman. As he makes his exit, he gets spotted by a few neighbours. Not wanting to kill anyone else, he makes a mad dash for the streets. What he needs now is a plausible alibi. If he doesn\'t come up with one fast, it could mean life in prison, or death on the streets.
Dutch ended with a bang. On the final day of the infamous \'Month of Murder\', the Essex County Courthouse erupted with gunfire. Angel and One-eyed Roc, two of Dutch\'s lieutenants, were captured, tried, and sent to prison for life. But a legal technicality overturned their sentences, and after serving three long years in the prison system, each is released with a master plan of their own to recapture all that was lost. Fueled by her devotion to Dutch and her lust for power, Angel, along with her prison love Goldilocks, sets out to take back the streets. One-eyed Roc, now a Muslim going by the name Rahman, has a new outlook on life and seeks to right the wrongs that he helped to commit. Once cohorts, the two now stand on different sides of the game. Can two old friends come to some kind of agreement? Or will their determination cause the destruction of the empire that Dutch worked so hard to build?
From his experience and skill as a young car thief, James Bernard Jr. a.k.a. Dutch, recognized the opportunity to become the ruler of the streets and seized it. Feared by all, and completely fearless, Dutch and his dangerous clique took over the lucrative heroine business of a local African drug lord, Kazami. With both the protection and respect of the Italian Mafia, Dutch became the most terrifying force on the streets. District Attorney Anthony Jacobs is determined to bring Dutch and his crew to their knees, and he thinks he can with his group of witnesses that have agreed to testify against the criminal. But an unheard of turn of events causes the DA\'s job to get that much harder
