Anonimo Toscano - [i]Libro della Cocina[/i] (c. 1380)

Anonimo Veneziano - [i]Libro di Cucina o Libro per Cuoco[/i] (c.1430)

Maestro Martino - [i]Libro de Arte Coquinaria Composto per lo Egregio Maestro Martino coquo olim del Reverendissimo Monsignor Camorrlengo et Patriarch de Aquileia[/i] (c. 1460)
