When first initiated this script checks that your internett connection is up, if not waits for it.
Then checks that your VPN service is running. 
If not it shuts down your torrentclient and tries to restart the VPN service. 
If successfull it will restart your torrentclient
In short it not only checks that you never use your 
torrentclient over an open network it will restart 
both VPN service and torrentclient if one or both goes down
a good place to put this is in your autostart folder.

To use this script you need to edit it and enter your own usercredentials. To do this save the script in your autostart folder open it with notepad or other text editor.
Then fill in your user credentials and
the location of the utorrent file and name of the file.
The parameters you need to fill in are marked with stars.
vpnname is the name you gave the vpn connection you created 
if you followed the tutorial on anonines homepage you gave it the name ANONINE.
The rest is self explanatory.
